About Pamela Rocke
Almost twenty years ago, I was a newly hired technical writer, working for a small computer equipment manufacturer in Southern California. A year later, I was running a one-woman marketing department! You see, the company's marketing manager quit, and my boss asked if I would "fill in" until she hired a replacement. Years passed. Years and years. No new hire.

I was still writing all of the user guides, I was the entire marketing department, I was very busy! Did they take advantage of me? Maybe. For me it was an opportunity to learn. I learned more in those first few years than most do in their entire careers.

And, oh my! It was fun.

Today, I help individuals and businesses reach more customers, sell more products and services and be more successful.
